  • During sales, festivals, or high-order periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

We offer FREE shipping on:

  • All Prepaid Orders
    OR

  • Orders above ₹999

Standard Shipping Charges

  • A shipping fee may apply to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders below ₹999.

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before payment.


Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 3–6 business days

  • Other Locations: 5–9 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • Courier partner availability

  • Weather conditions

  • Remote area accessibility

  • Public holidays or operational delays


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking ID via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to become active.


Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Unreachable phone number

  • Customer unavailable

the courier may attempt re-delivery.

Repeated failed attempts may result in order cancellation.


Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or tampered with:

  • Please record an unboxing video immediately.

  • Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with:

    • Order ID

    • Images/video proof

Claims without proper proof may not be accepted.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD may be available on selected orders and locations.

We reserve the right to:

  • Disable COD for certain pin codes

  • Restrict COD access for customers with repeated failed deliveries or rejected orders
